Business Communications100 & 110
The Business Communications incorporates excellence in business communications with the most current strategies and practice sused in today’s workplace. It includes an emphasis on business writing, specifically in social media and technology platforms. As a result, the Business Communications program will promote active learning and stimulate critical thinking.
Introduction to Communications 101
Introduction to Communications 101 is a 6week program that offers a direct, concrete approach and an opportunity for hands-on application of effective writing strategies. Students will be taking 1 of the 2 Business Communications module for their study for 6weeks and there will be no co-op component.
Business Foundations 100 & 200 This course will cover the essentials from economics to ethics and corporate social responsibility. You’ll learn management behavioural approaches, understand the value of a strong HR department and the necessary tools for operations management. We also cover effective marketing tactics and how trends and forces affect them. And lastly, how elements of international business are related to the framework of all businesses today.
